CDL Delivery Driver - Nackard Beverage (Flagstaff)

Nackard Beverage Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering the finest quality name brand products in the industry to Flagstaff, AZ and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Possess a clean driving record
  • Possess a current, valid Arizona Class-A CDL
  • Be able to physically handle a large quantity of cases daily, weighing at least 55 lbs



Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
  • Verify equipment, inventory, and paperwork for the prescribed route
  • Perform the proper check-out procedures before accepting load
  • Perform any DOT or other company procedures before leaving company property
  • Follow the daily route plan for delivery
  • At the completion of the route, directly return to the designated check-in area at the branch
  • Park in the appropriate area, locking and securing the product and equipment
  • Notify the Operations Manager or Warehouse Supervisor that the route is completed and the truck is ready for inspection
  • Verify all returning items and paperwork with the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Once the Warehouse Supervisor clears the Driver, and signs the appropriate paperwork, the Driver has completed the check-in process with the warehouse

Service Technician - Nackard Pepsi (Flagstaff)

Pepsi Service Technicians are responsible for the installation, set up, repair and ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling and/or fountain equipment at customer accounts. This position requires a strong mechanical background, and excellent customer service skills. The qualified individual will work in Flagstaff, AZ and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
  • Repair and perform preventative maintenance on marketing equipment. Remove old parts and replace with new parts.
  • Unload/Load vending machines into accounts.
  • Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures.
  • Install equipment: Make holes and route lines to connect product to dispensing unit; connect water supply, gas supply; find drain for units with ice; build racks and connect lines for BIB.
  • Fill installed equipment and adjust to proper mixture.
  • Prioritize and schedule service and PM calls to meet customer service windows.
  • Drive to locations, evaluate issues and perform necessary work.
  • Collect accurate and complete equipment and customer information.
  • Maintain parts inventory on service vehicle.
  • Establish positive relationships with contacts from service calls.
  • After each call, complete paperwork on job and submit.
  • Lift, carry, pull, push and/or move at least 55 pounds repeatedly over workday.
  • Using proper equipment, move vending machines weighing between 800 and 1200 pounds.M

This position is responsible for providing Hi-Line Vending Accounts with the best possible service and maximizing vending sales through the use of quality products and service “Clean/Filled & Working”.

 

Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

  • Reports to work on time and in a neat clean uniform.
  • Follows check out procedures for inventory, machine keys, vehicle keys and escrow. Verifies escrow amount daily before signing  escrow log.

  • Clean shelving, rotate products and price all packages
  • Lift and/or carry at least 55 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day
  • Push and/or pull 55-250 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day
  • Ability to safely perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting regularly
  • Ability to safely perform frequent reaching over shoulder, at waist level, and from the floor. Must also be able to frequently lift overhead.
  • Drive personal vehicle to each account for service
  • Retain a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, valid registration, and an acceptable 39 month MVR
  • Utilize point of purchase in each account
  • Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition
  • Communicate sales results to store and Pepsi Management
  • Build customer relationships at store level
  • Sign in and out with store manager
  • Keep shelves clean and product rotated
  • Various other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Merchandiser – Nackard Pepsi (Williams)

Pepsi Merchandisers are responsible for providing high quality service to our accounts by ensuring all products are rotated and adequately stocked, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. The qualified individual will work in Williams, AZ and the surrounding areas. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be physically capable of repeatedly lifting at least 55 lbs. on a daily basis.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and personal liability insurance.



Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
  • Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in accounts assigned by supervisor
  • Clean shelving, rotate products and price all packages
  • Lift and/or carry at least 55 pounds frequently for 8-10 hours a day
